Green Building Certificate
We provide Facilitation services to projects aspiring certification under IGBC, LEED, GRIHA, WELL, EDGE etc. rating systems. Certification is the best way to demonstrate the design efforts & initiatives taken in a project which are truly "green". The certification eventually validates that the building design and construction meets the required environment best practices and standards.
There are green certifications for new construction viz. IT Parks, hotels, Commercial Offices, Institutes, Government Buildings, SEZs, Townships, Residential Complexes, Factories, Commercial Interiors, Existing Buildings & Landscapes.
Examples:
- Lighting: Reduction in LPD from 1.5 W /ft2 to 0.6 W /ft2
- Air-conditioning Design from 150 ft2 /TR to 600 ft2 per TR
- Water reduction taps flow : 3 to 5 LPM
- Water reduction dual flushing in Toilet from 10 liters per flush (LPF ) to 6 LPF

- It observed and analysis, Day Lighting provision available at least 40 % day lighting requirement at least minimum 80% occupancy.
- it should be at least 15 % of landscaping for green building rating compliance
- Fresh Air requirement at least 10 % opening window of carpet area for below 100 ft2 and 15 % opening window of carpet area more than 100 ft2.
